Early Intervention Program
Pursuant to New York State Public Health Law (PHL) §2550, the New York State Department of Health (Department) is charged with the administration and oversight of New York State's Early Intervention Program (EIP) and for ensuring that EIP services are delivered in accordance with State and federal laws and regulations. As the lead agency, the Department is required under State and federal law to monitor ALL approved providers of Early Intervention services.
Acentra Health, formerly Kepro has been selected by the Department as the contractor for New York’s Early Intervention Program Monitoring and Quality Improvement Services.
